Experience the remarkable transformation of this 1950s Lake Riley rambler, reimagined by SDI in a full-scale remodel completed in 2016. The original breezeway, two-stall garage, and compartmentalized kitchen, dining, and living rooms were replaced with an open-concept design, featuring dramatic vaulted ceilings and an expanded three-stall garage with additional bedrooms and storage underneath.

The entire home—main level, lower level, and exterior—was gutted and meticulously redesigned. Highlights include Marvin windows and doors, custom alder cabinetry, stained maple floors, granite countertops, Azek decking, and Rubble tile.

A few years later, SDI returned to further personalize the home, adding a dining room, 4-season room, and custom details throughout. Wooden ceiling beams, a built-in entryway cabinet, a metal-wrapped barn door, and a wet bar with a live edge wood countertop are just a few of the standout features.
